Conditions of Guarantee
1- The generator must be installed in the customer’s vehicle.
2 - If the customer is not able to obtain an increase minimum of 15% in miles per gallon (M.P.G) then SavePetrolMoney is responsible and shall ensure that the customer gets the guaranteed minimum increase of 15% or a refund is granted of the purchase price less shipping.
3- Once a customer contacts SavePetrolMoney, SavePetrolMoney`s customer service or its technical support agents will work with the customer to increase their M.P.G by a minimum of 15%.
4 - The customer shall then provide to SavePetrolMoney`s customer service or its technical support agents all information regarding the installation as it will assist us to remedy the problem.
5 - The customer shall provide receipt of purchase.
6 - The customer shall provide year, make and model of the vehicle
7 - The Customer shall provide contact information of the installer, If not installed by yourself, so we may contact them.
8 - If the issue is not resolved through phone communication then a digital image(s) of the installation is required for further examination.
9 - If after examination of the digital images we conclude that we cannot assist you in obtaining a minimum increase of 20% in mileage then your money will be refunded less shipping.
10 - The generator must be return in a "like new condition". We will not accept the unit if it has been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way.
11- BEFORE YOU RETURN PRODUCT, Please contact us first and we will email or fax you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This (RMA) form must be included inside the returned box, so that we will have all of the information required to refund the unit. For the protection of SavePetrolMoney , we must refuse, and return to sender, any packages that do not display our (RMA) number.
Please be aware that any packages sent by normal Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, therefore, postal insurance and delivery confirmation service is recommended. SavePetrolMoney cannot be responsible for loss, or damage of returned items.
